The Erasmus+ project European Agenda for Adult Education for the 2024–2025 project cycle aims to support educational authorities in ensuring the quality of adult education institutions and improving the understanding of European documents in this field. The Agency for Pre-Primary, Primary, and Secondary Education organized the second working meeting for representatives of educational institutions, adult education providers, and social partners. The meeting took place in Banja Luka on April 10–11, 2025.
On the first day of the meeting, the participants had the opportunity to discuss quality assurance through evaluation processes and attended a presentation titled The Application of Quality Evaluation in Education – Myth or Reality? During the working session, the group focused on determining evidence and indicators for standards and quality criteria in adult education.
The second day was dedicated to renewable energy sources, decarbonization, and building bridges for learning in these areas. The topic of the green agenda and sustainable development was introduced, along with trends in the labor market and challenges in this sector. Participants were also informed about how to access documents that serve as materials for teaching and learning in this field. During the working session, the participants identified challenges and opportunities for designing initiatives that encourage learners to pursue programs leading to careers in the renewable energy sector.
