Chaired by the Agency for Pre-primary, Primary and secondary education, the Final meeting in a frame of the Project Model for Establishing the System of Accreditation Programs for Continuing Professional Development of VET Teachers was held on February 1, 2018 in Banja Luka.
The Meeting was organized with the aim that the partner institutions in the project and the work team present the project and results that are merged in the document Guidelines for the Development of Standards for Accreditation of the Teacher Training Program in Secondary Vocational Education. Ministries of Education and Pedagogical Institutes from all education systems in Bosnia and Herzegovina were invited to the Meeting.
The Meeting was attended by representatives from the Republic of Srpska, the Brčko District and six cantons of BiH Federation.
In the introductory part of the Meeting Mr Siniša Gatarić, Deputy Director of the Agency, Mr Muhamed Ramić, Minister of Education, Culture and Sport of the Una-Sana Canton and Mr Nikola Čiča, Director of the Pedagogical Institute of the Tuzla Canton addressed to attendees.
The members of the working team presented the Project and its results. The presentation is followed by a discussion on the offered accreditation guidelines as well as on the opportunities and obstacles for the implementation.
