The Inter-institutional Working Group on Quality Management (IWGQM) met on 22 May 2019 in Sarajevo, to agree on the principles of future work and cooperation. An overview of the current activities and the implementation of the IWGQM Operational Plan on Quality Management has been put in the context of a strong interest of institutions at all levels of government for the introduction of quality management systems and instruments. The main topic of the 13th meeting in Sarajevo was the continuation of work and development.

The inter-institutional working group has been set up with the aim of exchanging knowledge in the area of ​​quality management and providing expert support to institutions through mentoring. Thus, the Quality Management Group has developed Methodological Guidelines for the Implementation of ISO Standards in Public Administration, User Satisfaction Survey Guidelines and Employee Satisfaction Survey Guidelines.

The next meeting was agreed for September 2019 with the aim of preparing a conference on quality management.
