The Agency for Pre-Primary, Primary and Secondary Education of Bosnia and Herzegovina is an institution member of the ETF Forum for Quality Assurance in Vocational Education and Training. The Forum is an initiative on international cooperation with a mandate for quality assurance in partner countries of the European Training Foundation (ETF). The Forum promotes a systematic approach to quality assurance and encourages all member institutions to improve quality assurance in their vocational education systems.

The EU Reference Framework for Quality Assurance in Vocational Education serves as a guideline for Forum activities.

The ETF has developed a mapping tool that is used to collect and analyze information on the relevance, coverage and use of 10 EQAVET indicators to monitor, evaluate and determine the quality of VET at the national level.

ETF Forum:

  • emphasizes the concept that quality assurance is a continuous process
  • supports the promotion of quality assurance as a significant process that serves the entire VET system and its users
  • offers a framework for directing quality assurance activities to members
  • provides an opportunity for exchange and learning from other countries
  • helps countries to better align with EU quality assurance policies
  • supports countries to achieve the set targets for quality assurance
  • gives hope for change

The Forum includes institutions from: Albania, Algeria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Kosovo*, Lebanon, Libya, Montenegro, Morocco, Northern Macedonia, Palestine**, Serbia, Tunisia, and Turkey.
