In line with the thematic focus on the EPALE platform “Environmental Awareness and Environmental Protection”, the National Support Team of EPALE Bosnia and Herzegovina is launching a call for proposals on: ‘How adult education can contribute to environmental awareness and environmental protection’. The aim of the call is to promote best practices, innovative learning methods, individuals, organizations and institutions in the field of adult education in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The authors of the best narratives in the competition will have the opportunity to participate in a regional EPALE conference: ‘Different Approaches to Developing Digital Competencies in Adult Education’, held on April 2 – 3, 2020 in Belgrade. The awarded author will be provided with the participation in the conference, full board accommodation and transportation.
The conference is intended for participants active in the field of adult education, employees of schools for adult education, centres for adult education, institutions providing professional development services to teachers, institutions conducting research in the field of adult education, as well as other organizations working in this field.
To participate in the competition it is necessary:
- to be a registered user on the EPALE platform. If you do not have a registered profile, you can register via the following link: https://epale.ec.europa.eu/en/user/register
- the minimum for entry is 500 words and maximum 2000 words. Samples of articles can be found at: https://epale.ec.europa.eu/en/content/epale_blog_post

- You need to be logged in to access the content creation part.
The deadline for placing the text on the EPALE platform is March 20, 2020 by 12 noon.
Note:
The posted text is considered a unique application by an author. A user who posts a copyright work on their profile will be considered as a contestant. If the submitted text has multiple authors or contains parts of the text of another author, it is necessary to submit the consent of those authors to agree that their text should be considered for participation in the competition on behalf of the uploader. The winner of the competition can only be the user who posted the text.

The authors of the awarded texts are obliged, upon returning from the conference, to write a text about the conference and to submit it in the form of a blog on the EPALE platform no later than 15 days after the end of the conference.
