The promotion of the Erasmus+ programmes, EPALE and eTwinning was held on March 22, 2023 in the premises of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Education of the University of Mostar.

Organised by the Agency for Pre-primary, Primary and Secondary Education as the eTwinning National Support Organization (NSO) and EPALE National Support Service (NSS) and the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Education of the University of Mostar, promotional event on ERASMUS+ programmes, EPALE and eTwinning was held at the University of Mostar on March 22, 2023.

The event was attended by heads of departments, teachers and students of the Faculty of Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Education and the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Mostar, as well as representatives of the Agency for Pre-primary, Primary and Secondary Education. The host of the meeting and the representative of ITE (Initial Teacher Education), assistant professor, Ms. Anita Imre welcomed 63 present participants of this event.

In her opening speech, the director of the Agency for Pre-primary, Primary and Secondary Education, Ms. Maja Stojkić highlighted the advantages of participation in the ERASMUS+ programmes, eTwinning and EPALE in Bosnia and Herzegovina for representatives of the academic community, as well as students, and invited them to actively participate in both programmes.

The ERASMUS+ projects were presented by Ms. Daria Mršić, NSS EPALE in Bosnia and Herzegovina; Ms. Branka Popić, NSO eTwinning in Bosnia and Herzegovina; and Ms. Azra Šoše, eTwinning ambassador in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The launch of the ERASMUS+ programmes co-financed by the EU, as well as the launch of the ESEP and EPALE platforms, is part of the European Union’s strategy to promote more opportunities for learning, networking and establishing cooperation with colleagues from Europe.
